Cancellation Policy

We request a credit card to book appointments and have a 24 hr cancellation policy. Clients wishing to cancel must give notice 24 hrs in advance of their appointment or be charged 50% of the booked service. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cell Phone Policy

Shhh! In consideration of all of our studio guests, upon entering the studio, please place your cell phones on silent or vibrate.

Arrival Policy

We value your time and take pride in maintaining an on time schedule for our guests. In order to ensure this we ask that you arrive on time. You may be asked to reschedule if you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment. A partial fee may be charged.
